John Demsey has been promoted to group president, The Estée Lauder Companies. Demsey, who was previously global brand president of Estée Lauder, will continue to oversee the Estée Lauder brand as well as M-A-C Cosmetics, Prescriptives, Sean John and Tom Ford Beauty and will continue to report to COO Dan Brestle.
